Not the exact same part a pictured for my OKI (Did not work)

Simon, the Account manager was very accessible and responded to my requests promptly. The shipping and the warehouse service was good and got my items out as expected. I was promised that the power modules I got will work fine - though they are refurbished units. So far, I find this true - the units work fine.

Got the enclosure in a timely fashion. Simon passed along Fedex Tracking #'s which was extremely helpful.

Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Will use them for future purchases.
