So, the power supply died in one of my servers. Looking online, I found an exact match at Server Blink, and I had never bought there before. After placing the order, Jasmine Cole with Server Blink acknowledged that the order was placed. She emailed me after each step in the process of the order, so I knew when the payment was processed and when the order was shipped. She even offered to get the model number from the power supply that died to make sure that the one I was buying was not the wrong one. It's nice when a company cares enough about a new customer to make sure they know what is going on with there order and also make sure that they are ordering the right part. The power supply came in and is working great. I would not hesitate to buy from Server Blink again. Thanks, Jasmine, you and Server Blink get an A+.

Jasmine did a great job. I got exactly what I needed and now my old pc is up and running.

My PC power supply was toast!!! I placed my order on Sunday and it was shipped Monday, delivered to me on Tuesday!!! Chris Lee was super helpful and knowledgeable!! The package was so well packed and protected. It was carefully taped and padded. Worked like a charm. My experience was great!!! You have earned a customer for life !! Thank you.
