ServerBlend is a very unique company... They deliver what's advertised with zero issues, and zero shortages. I love that their support is willing to help instead of trying to get more money. As well if you ever have questions I've only experienced sub 2 hour reply times and some as quick as twenty minutes.

I have been using server blend for 2.5months now and have had 0 issues with it. No downtime, no weird crashes and no performance issues whatsoever. I also like the utilities provided and the UI makes the administration dead simple. Totally recommended.

I have been with ServerBlend for over 3 months. I have rented from different Hosting company over the last 2 years and ServerBlend has been the best one i have used so far. The Staff are Awesome and Very Helpful. And you can tell they read you support tickets and reply them-self not a cut and paste from some pdf file. And they keep working on your issues until it corrected. They have Great prices!!! Customer Server is Outstanding ( Yes i will say it again :) ) If your New to rented servers or Old this is the Hosting Company for you. They will make it painless and easy. And my playtime has gone up by 100%.

After having bad experiences with two other hosting companies we honestly almost gave up and rented our own server. Most of us are from South Africa. Where there aren't many choices for game hosts. We decided to try an international server temporarily while we made a decision. There has been no issue with our players connecting to a server hosted in France from South Africa. Which was a big surprise. We were so impressed with them we decided to rent three Ark servers. The customer service is excellent. We had an issue once(turned out it was our server settings). Someone from tech support actually came on our Ark server to check it out and gave suggestions to fix it. We checked reviews before we rented with them. I see why they had such good ratings. tldr: I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quality game server.

I've had an ARK server with Serverblend with for a few months now, and there have been absolutely no problems. It's been a dream! Coming from a past host that had constant crashes, corruptions, and headaches all around, Serverblend was more than refreshing. I had no regrets from switching over. Our Serverblend server has always maintained low ping and hasn't had any unexpected crashing. The people working at Serverblend have been nothing but pleasant and helpful whenever contacted. We love our home here at Serverblend, and don't have any plans to use any other hosts. They are the go-to for great servers!

These guys were quick to get me set up, offered excellent tech support whenever I required it (very fast response times), and the service itself is top-notch, second to none. Not even to mention the great pricing.

First time paying for a Server hosting Service, the transition from original server to theirs was not as smooth as i hoped, but in all fairness beyond their control that i know of, and i was given some step by step Skype help free so that was nice. Once i had my server up and after the pain in the butt move from the original of trying to get all the people on my server over to the new one, i lost a few along the process :(,Again not exactly their fault. So when i was on the new server about a month or so into it, they said i had to move again, this time it was their fault and again i had to try to get ahold of all these people on my server to move, i lost virtually everyone this time. Now, while the server is up thats fine, but i find every week mostly, at least every other week for sure, i have someone who does play on my server and helps pay for it, contact me because i am the admin and tell me he cannot connect, i then go onto the site and restart the server, and only sometimes that works, i have had to open multiple tickets and i have gotten multiple credits because of these issues, i am again new to this server hosting business but i am rather disappointed and do not want the headache, i would say they have the tech to do so, but they are more focused on other things then keeping your servers up and running 24/7, minus the expected once in awhile maintenance or something. For instance, i see my server online through steam right now, but inside the game "Ark" it is not listed, i also see it saying 2 people playing on the login page of the tcadmin management page thing,when i try to connect to the server through my servers on steam, it says unable to query yadda yadda "NO" basically.... so i am restarting my steam. Also i do not know why, but i have had some weird issues trying to get to their page on the internet from my PC, and it is very strange....only their website had done that and not sure why, worked on 1 computer but not the other....very weird...and my biggest issue doing this was somehow among confusion i hit or someone hit the subscribe button using paypal, and that was a nightmare. i was bounced around between two customer service reps, nice as they are when u get ahold of them, i felt them dodging me and neglected later on. the 24/7 support button did seem to work fairly quickly and well though, i would open a ticket and the people would do something to the server to get it going from not working to working again, but it just happens way to often and i dont have time to chase that around, id prefer it to just BE THERE, BE ONLINE when i go look or when my friends or renters want to play. Support ticket system 9/10 Friendly customer service 8/10 Following through with customers and making them feel appreciated 5/10 (I never got emails from people, i just got emails asking to fill out forms, if joe blow from the desk contacted me n followed through with my experiences and i found things better, i would say 9+, but that did not happen) Server hosting service 6/10 Quality of servers when hosted/online 9/10

There is no doubt ... When you are in need of a good secure and reliable serverhost, Serverblend delivers on all points. The founder, Marek has done a great job getting the right people at the right spot to server and help whenever it's needed. I have had different servers with this company, even before they changed their name, and I said the same then, I do love and trust them whole heartily. When I, a while back needed to shut down my servers, I told them that I would come back, and that I would not change supplier, and when it was time for me, I got in contact with them again to set up a new server. The founder himself got back to me, and set me up a sweet deal for my further use of server space. This is their way of doing it. They make sure you are happy, and content in all your need of server hosting! I will recommend them to all and anyone who need a server!
