I love this host. I had a server with them last year, and they were my first port of call for my new server this year. They truly make a point to be knowledgeable about the games that they host and I cannot fault them whatsoever. They've been ultra helpful to me and helped me through the problems I had been facing - which were a product of my own mistakes on my server! 10/10

I have tried many other Hosting services out there, and I can honestly say without a doubt that ServerBlend is THE BEST hosting service on the Net. If I have issues with my server, or have questions, I submit a ticket and within 30 mins or less I receive a response from the Technical team. Not only that, they do whatever they can to resolve any issues you may have. I have never dealt with a quicker, nicer, professional team. They make me feel like I work for them, that I am a part of their team. I would highly recommend ServerBlend to anyone in a heartbeat. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

After lots of thought and debate about choosing a company to host our games on their servers we opted to choose serverblend. What attracted me was their single core CPU and 128gb of Ram along with NVME storage which as the technical of us guys know that's faster than SSD. There must be a catch right ? Well I'm well into my first month and I'm very please, there's isn't any lag on our ark server which is reasonably populated, even during busy intense battles. Customer service ? I've had a good few teething problems whilst hosting my server, ie. Game updates, Mod updates, times when I've accidentally deleted files, destroyed config files. Upon contacting their technical team which your able to do directly without wait time's or being passed from team to team, I received a reply within 20 minutes maximum. My server is heavily modded, 22 ark mods in all, still no lag at all! If you guys don't believe a satisfied customer give them a try for 14 days, you won't be disappointed. This is my first time running my own game server, these guys have made my experience so positive and easy, you have only one worry now, that's dealing with the players on your server.

I found Server Blend first week of January 17’, after a bad experience with a competitor. I was impressed with the sales team. Very quick to respond, very polite, answered all my questions. For the same services they were asking for slightly less money. We ran into some minor technical difficulties during the transfer of save data, but they were quick to get things resolved. (won my confidence, previous provider left me hanging for days). The first time I had to submit a ticket was over an issue that turned out to be game related. But they responded to my support ticket within 15 minutes. They helped me figure out ways to improve performance by running some basic maintenance commands in game. Something my previous provider had no knowledge of. They responded very quickly to each question I raised. We were set up with three servers on a single node with upgraded hardware. Our server was getting busy so we upgraded. We had hiccups during world saves (normal), otherwise NO lag. Even with player count high our ping stayed low. Our up-time reported by ark-servers was consistently 100% on all servers. They have built-in tools that help make running servers VERY easy for someone with limited I.T. knowledge such as myself. (TL:DR)(Updated) Although we are no longer with the blend (Purchased our own machine), we ran servers with them for over a year with NO issues. We were very satisfied with our pricing, and server performance. Customer reps were consistently on point, great tools, responsive to feedback, polite. I would HIGHLY recommend Server Blend to anyone. These guys know what they are doing.

Had them for close to two months and been happy with their service. Support tickets get resolved quickly, and you get the feeling they want you as their customer.
