Ok so I have been looking for a good host to host the game space engineers and went through 5 before I found server blend and let me tell you wow!! I had so much lag on other servers promising no lag and fast cpus etc... And it was terrible and the customer service was terrible and one of them tried to keep my money and keep charging me after I cancelled But server blend has been amazing! They are great fast servers and great prices!! They have helped me so much setting evuething up and have answered all my questions fast :) I would highly recommend server blend as a host for your game!!

Andrew over at Serverblend, was quick to react and calm during all my banter. We came together to fix an issue with a plugin. If you ever need to a site to host your game for you Server Blend is the site to go to!!

So far so good! Got the server going and the guy sat with me for roughly an hour helping me get the basics down. So far, they have been extremely helpful! As of this moment, I recommend them for sure.

I bought my first game server from ServerBlend today and it was a quick and painless effort to get the server up and running. The Server Blend staff answered very quickly on my support tickets and offered clear and detailed advice on how to configure the server conform to my requests.

ServerBlend's customer service/tech support is off the charts excellent. They are always quick to respond regardless of day or night. They are always patient when I have questions that may be considered as very simple or complex things that I need explained in laymen terms. Our server doesn't experience any outages and we pay a very fair price considering the services we receive.

I do not give 5 stars or 5/5 or 10/10 or whatever easily. Nor do I write reviews. But I have decided to make an exception for Serverblend and this is why... I have been renting an Ark server from Serverblend for 3 months now. The server is lightning fast and the customer support is the best I have ever seen. I have yet to see any server down time. At one moment I did noticed a little server lag. Apparently Serverblend noticed this as well and they moved my server to another node effectively removing the server lag. I didn't even have to open a ticket for it. Oh, but when you do open a ticket they reply fast and when I say fast I mean frikkin' fast. I am not talking about working days but I am talking about minutes. The 2 times I had to open a ticket I received a reply within 15 minutes from a customer support person. It is truly amazing. And they are not just fast in the response but they are very knowledgeable, friendly and help you solve your problem, either by showing you how to do it yourself or, if your really stuck, by doing it for you. I am really really impressed by Serverblend services and I think that, next to reliable servers, customer service is the most important thing a company must have, And they have both! So, 5 stars, 5/5, 10/10, 100/100 or whatever from me. I highly recommend Serverblend if you are looking to rent a server.
