These were not informal guidelines—they were the agreed-upon terms of the assignment. The assignment required five specific components: exterior photos, a continuous entry video (starting outside and walking in), an interior overview video, a one-minute clip of the event, and a completed inspection sheet. These requirements were outlined in the original dispatch and reiterated in follow-up communication. After submission, we conducted a standard review and found that key required elements—specifically the entry video and interior overview footage—were not provided. When asked directly, this was confirmed. We understand the concern about remaining discreet. However, these assignments are specifically structured to balance discretion with evidentiary requirements set by the client. If required steps are not completed, the submission cannot be used. The compensation terms were also clearly stated from the outset: payment is contingent on full compliance with all assignment requirements. After carefully reviewing your order, we found that you requested a Skip Trace service, which is a $55 investigative search designed to locate the most current address associated with the individual. This search identified an address in a different state, which necessitated an additional service fee to attempt service at the new location. When the service attempt at the provided address was unsuccessful, as a courtesy and in good faith, we offered to rerun the Skip Trace for you free of charge to explore any updated address information. You accepted this offer on 1/22/2024, and we promptly conducted the complimentary search. It’s important to note that while our database provides some of the most up-to-date information available and is refreshed daily, certain scenarios—such as an individual staying unofficially with a family member, residing temporarily in a hotel or Airbnb, being in a rehab facility, or being incarcerated—cannot always be captured through a Skip Trace. Unfortunately, no search exists that can account for these unique situations with absolute certainty. We strive to provide clear communication and transparent service. If this review is genuine, please note that, as stated in our confirmation emails and invoices, "Invoices serve as quotes unless paid. Payment is requested before services, with no obligation to proceed." We only send quotes to those who have inquired and provided the necessary information, such as the name of the person/entity to be served, the address for service, the documents to be served, and the required timeframe. If you did not provide this information, it is likely this review is not legitimate. Also per TrustPilot this review was posted in Spain. We don't operate in Spain or any other country outside of the United States of America.

As per our conversations on the phone and our email chain, we made it clear that quotes are provided in the form of an invoice for ease of payment. There is no obligation to proceed or pay anything, and we make this clear by including the following statement on every quote: "Kindly note, invoices serve as quotes unless paid. Payment is requested before services, with no obligation to proceed." We tried to explain this to you on the phone and even offered you a courtesy discount on your order to ensure we could meet your price budget. Unfortunately, during the call, you were less than courteous, using multiple expletives and telling us to "F" ourselves after we explained there was no obligation to proceed. We strive to ensure our customers have the easiest and most efficient way to proceed. As per your request, we immediately canceled your invoice (free quote with no-obligation).
