Its a great address, but beyond that the staff are helpful and even though I am seldom there - I feel like I have a home in the city when I visit.

The Servcorp staff and environment cannot be beat. They were always professional, friendly and eager to extend support. I always enjoyed the days I was able to work out of their facility.

Ricki Ye and Jaklyn are great and helpful!! They are friendly and courteous. Every time we have a meeting, they will add extra chairs for us ahead of time. Servecorp was the way to go for our satellite office here in Chicago. The staff is professional and friendly. The offices are modern with good lighting. The window offices offer additional sunlight and views of the city. It is a great option if you have you have just a few employees in the Chicago area or if you are a one man/woman shop with the need for a professional working enviornment with an excellent support staff. The location at Wacker and Randolph is excellent and convenient for suburban and city commuters.

Servcorp allows me to have a premier address without paying the premier rental fees. In addition, what sets the 12th & Midtown location apart from their competitors is that I am able to add additional services on when needed. I'm not forced to have a "package" that includes items I don't need or rarely use. Lastly, on many occasions, I get the "looks" as well as the comments about how I'm in a premier location when I hand out my business cards. Servcorp allows me to make a great first impression with potential clients.
