We are a commercial real estate brokerage and investment banking firm and we have put our clients into Servcorp's competitors' space literally dozens of times (in several cities and countries) over the past 20 years. The offices are just as nice (even nicer for my taste), they are more flexible, have better personal service, and are better priced than most of the competition, and they still have much of the globe covered for location options.
