Great building and location... Affordable price... Great staff
As a boutique law firm, I wanted to keep my expenses low, and after a little research, I chose Servcorp over some of it's better known competitors. I've had the office for five months now and I'm satisfied thus far. The location I rent is in a new building with a great location. The views are great. The staff is extremely helpful. Megan, the accounts manager, is always pleasant and is quick to accommodate any issues that arise. Alice, the office administrator, is one of the main reasons that my experience has been so good thus far. She is very professional and makes me feel as though I have my own personal assistant due to her dedication. She is always eager to help and her promptness and organizational skills are impeccable.

Pleasant staff and helpful when asked to perform administrative tasks. Nice amenities and staff professional towards clients and guests. However, I have consistently experienced challenges with printing since January 2014 to present and staff could do better job about scheduling IT assistance. There are some other very minor challenges, but overall, the staff meets contractual obligations (excepting not being able to print).

Pleasant, helpful staff, nice facilities
There's been a lot of turn-over at the front desk, but everyone has been pleasant to work with and helpful. The facilities are nice and well maintained.

I have had a great experience using Servcorp.
Being able to reserve space online is really convenient, and the receptionists and executive assistants are professional and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for office space.

Nice offices, friendly front desk staff
The DC offices of Servcorp are well run, utilitarian, and high quality. The front desk staff have been particularly helpful and professional. Overall, a good experience.
