SeroLean Not Honoring Guarantee
I ordered 6 mos supply to get best pricing. After using the product 1 1/2 mos I had actually gained several lbs. I contacted the company on 11/25 letting them know I was returning the product. They tried offering me considerable less than I had paid to keep it. I said no and returned the product and provided SeroLean with the tracking #. Serolean claims pkg was not received. I filed a claim with USPS who checked into it & Say it was delivered properly. SeroLean has not responded to my follow up email. This Company is not honoring their posted guarantee! Buyer Beware!
