Pants are WAY too tight. Sizing charts didn’t help and I couldn’t figure out how to return them since I couldn’t find the order number so I had to “eat” that money. They look cool on website but not in person.

Absolutely disgraceful .. I ordered my trousers back on Feb 1st and as I write this it’s Feb 17 and still waiting on my package. They never shipped the first package and blamed UPS on it. Than claimed to have sent my second package “express delivery” and it’s been longer than four days so that was a lie. Let’s just hope the trousers aren’t as bad as their service. Cause I’ll probably never buy from here again.

We understand how anxious you must feel Aaron for not receiving your order yet, but there is something we want to mention: You put an order with us on February 1st which then was not processed in through the courier's system so instead of making you wait to see what had happened, we sent you a second package on the same day that you made us aware of this. Second package is being stuck in Texas winter storm and the courier had to reschedule delivery due to sever weather conditions. If you’re thinking about purchasing from this website and you’re anything above a medium in Clothing exit the browser right now because their 2X jacket is so misleading, it could barely fit my 12-year-old medium sized brother. The 36 jeans probably fit a eight-year-old do not purchase from this website unless you are a XXXXXXXSmall

I love the products however, i like to return 2 products from my order of three because of the wrong size. When the order is send it comes from Turkey but if i want to return i have to send it back to the US. There is a big difference in sending cost between Turkey and US.

Make sure you read everything before purchasing items. Sale items can’t be returned, if you return something you don’t get your money back only vouchers to send on website. Shipping does not include import duty so that was a nice surprise to get a hefty amount for UPS. Jeans maybe nice but the website is a conn will not be buying from here again!

I'm sorry that you feel us to be a conn, Megan. I went over everything that is mentioned on our website and so far I couldnt find a gray area that indicates we are hiding something. We have dedicated a part about returns and deliveries and explained everything we believe: about the store credit, about exchanges, and about sales; that part is available on all pages of our website, until checkout Same goes for import duty and taxes I wish you would have contacted us directly about the issues: we would have told you that we had been on sale all November so we made an exception on the no-return rule for items on sale and you actually could have returned them for something with the same price; and we would have surely helped with the import duties as we have for other customers before Stay Healthy :) SERNES

Good quality... ha primark do better quality for 10x cheaper. The jeans are very rough and just seem like they let a 2 year old free with multiple cans of paint. Plus there is nothing in the checkout about customs tax into a country outside the Eu it’s a joke surely you should let people know at checkout they may be charged customs Tax.

Well, Benjamin, to be honest, we are surprised to hear such review of our products as all our jeans are made with very high quality materials and a precise attention to details and designs About the import tax, although it is common knowledge of such tax existing for international shipments, we have explained it on our website (FAQ page, delivery, shipping and delivery frames) All things considered, we always want to keep our customers as happy as we can; so, almost a week ago we offered that if you return the product, we will refund you with paying for the tax too.
