Great prices, excellent order processing speed. Highly satisfied - will use again!

Excellent service, quick delivery

I AM ADDICTED TO THIS DRINK. I FIRST BOUGHT IT AT COSTCO AND THEY STOPPED SELLING IT SO LUCKILY I FOUND WHERE TO GET IT ONLINE! IT IS THE BEST I HAVE FOUND. IT MAKES A NICE GIFT AROUND THE HOLIDAYS TOO!

I've been loving Big Train Chi for years. When Amazon was out of supply, I checked out the .net and found SeriousSips. Their price was great so I quickly hit the 'purchase' button...only to realize when I received shipping confirmation that I had ordered the caffeine version instead of decaf. I called customer service and within 10 minutes I had an authorization to return the package when it arrived and I placed the correct order which was shipped the next day! I don't often find that type of service online these days!!!

fast service and competitive prices. Best the other place I use to go to for yrs. got a new customer...me!

fast shipping!

Great products..timely deliveries. Will order from them again!

Low price, fast shipment. Love Mocafe Chai and they are cheaper than Amazon :-)
