Really like Oregon Chai Tea and appreciate Serious Sips carrying the brand. All would definitely be 5 stars if we could bring the shipping cost down. Serious sips does a great job of packing and shipping promptly.

Lots of flavors! Part of my order was out of stock, and I didn’t see the email regarding the delay, so my order was late for the valentines holiday gift, and I had to change horses in the middle of the stream, so to speak. A lesson learned, allow enough time for a gift! But a great place to find hard to find syrup flavors!

First time ordering syrup after previous supplier stopped. The reason for the reduced rating is that the order took longer than expected and I had to inquire about its status. Guess I have gotten used to other sites that send updates when delays are encountered.

The tea bags came in a timely manner. However, I did not expect 50 tea bags to be loose in a box. They should have been place in a box or container since you could not buy less than 50.

We ordered the Ghirardelli White Chocolate Powder. My wife loves the flavor. She uses it to make hot chocolate. I have used it in a Cafe Mocha and found it to be a little too sweet. Still looking for the perfect Cocoa for Mochas. Our local coffee shop makes their own Cocoa mix that they use in their Mochas which are the best. Unfortunately the mix is not available to the public.
