Love the tea. And I have already started recommending this company to others. Great shipping came early

Prices and selection were great! But beyond that, my order was shipped during the Polar Vortex of 2019... And all of the bottles were frozen, two glass ones were shattered. I contacted Serious Sips immediately... Left a voicemail and received an email just hours later. Within a few days, they sent out two replacements bottles for the broken glass bottles. I will DEFINITELY order from Serious Sips again... Not just because of their wide selection, but also because of their prompt customer service!!

I love their syrups and sauces! It didn't take them very long to ship my correct order. When part of my order got damaged in shipping, they immediately sent me out replacement bottles of syrup that got broken. I highly recommend this company for all your flavors that you like to add to coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. I even put the syrups on my ice cream. If you love chocolate covered cherries, then add the black cherry syrup to your hot chocolate! Oh, yummy, yummy!

I received everything I ordered, the quality is better than I expected.i would definitely recommend this company.

Prompt Delivery.
