Everything was great except they said it would get here on a certain date and it was 4 days later than that. The product was great and customer service was very nice(my mistake not theirs). The only complaint I have is it took 10 days to get to me and I paid a good price for shipping so I just figured it should not have taken so long. But other than that I was very satisfied.

The only hiccup I have; is when you add an item to the cart, it adds one and then you need to go and view the cart add as many as you need. Perhaps it's an operator error at my end. Besides that, I truly enjoy their product and shipping time. Thank you

Big Train Chai is very good but a review about a beverage is a very personal experience and not everyone may find it appealing. This chai has a strong cinnamon flavor to it. If you like cinnamon in your chai, then this tea may be right for you.

I was missing an item from my order, and when I called customer service they told me it was on back order. It is now on the way, but it would have been nice to be noticed of the back order. Overall customer service is good, and the website has all of the products I'm looking for.

The 2 large chai bags were bouncing around in the box and one popped open at the seam, spilling out about a cup or more of mix into the box. Mess when I opened, kind of sad to have lost contents!
