They sent me the wrong order which I needed to return and then they sent the correct order. I couldn't believe I was not offered a gift card or free shipping or something on my next order.

I ordered 6 sugar free Davinci syrups and 6 pumps. While the shipping is a little high, I understand because of the weight of the products it fluctuates. I did appreciate that my order was at my door 2 days after I ordered it without having to pay any extra shipping costs. However 2 of my syrups were incorrect. I emailed customer service and they were very speedy with their responses and sent me my correct syrups and let me keep the wrong part of my order for free. I very much appreciate that. It was no big deal to me at all but a little inconvenient and could have been easily corrected before shipping if it was double checked properly.
