Face Peeling Gel scam!!!
Do NOT buy from this brand. I purchased their Face Peeling Gel from a mall and the retailer did not mention that there is no refund. Logically, there should be if it's not opened. I tried reaching Sericin+ and OCEANE Customer Service for days, but no reply. I feel so mad and sad for wasting a lot of money that I could've used in a better way such as rent or at least purchasing a much better product that ACTUALLY works and doesn't BURN my face.

Be carefull about promisses
I bought it three weeks ago at beauty fair in Düsseldorf germany. The seller promisssed a controlled dosage of Sericin+ Intensive Eye-Lift Micro Cream with powerpul results. He promissed that the serum will be work on for two years (!). I didn`t wear my glasses and saw only at home, that the volume is 12 ml. The cartridge did not work, I have had to take the product out of the original shell. Now three weeks later it is nearly empty. I payed 300 €. I am verry disappointed about the relationsship between price, volume and not persistently result.

Does not honour satisfaction guarantee - SAVE YOUR MONEY
SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not be fooled by the gimmick. Satisfaction Guarantee is a lie. I bought the Intensive Eye-Lift Micro cream and Lifting & stretching serum at the FIBO 2019 in Cologne, Germany this weekend. I did not receive the invoice emailed as promised but more importantly, I used the tiny amount of product as instructed and had an allergic reaction. My eyes & face swelled up the next morning. I have sent an email to customer service. Their chatbot was eager to help when I landed on the site, however, when I explained the situation requesting a refund, they were conveniently unavailable. For the claimed 'luxury high-end' product, they have poor, non-existent customer service, which would only lead me to believe that they are a scam. If you see this brand anywhere - trade shows, malls - RUN AWAY.

ok bought this eye serum
ok bought this eye serum, said it was enough for a year . its not true I dont think its enough for a month the thing has hardly anything in it ,, bad exp the company said its not refundable an the thing wont work its apcater is broke on top of this ,, I would surly not buy again rip off scam this is a shame ,,

Feel conned!
Feel conned! Spent £600 at a trade fair on the express 60 seconds lift.All its done is leave a crusty residue and caused spots on my skin. How do I get a refund??? Pushy sales people too looking back. I would like a refund on the two unopened boxes of the 60 second lift eye serum,that I feel I was pushed into buying! Please respond!!!

All of our trade show Operators are privately-owned independently-operated third-party separate business entities authorized to resell our brand, and often sell other skincare lines as well. Sericin Eye Serum
Sericin Eye Serum Bought the Eye Serum @ a Trade show. But within a matter of days I could tell I was allergic as my eyes were itching like crazy and all red. I emailed the company about it 3 days later and was ignored. No response. So a week and half later I opened the Chat window to tell them all this and again, ignored. No one is manning the Chat window. It's all pretty pictures and no reality. Would not buy from this company.
