Received my order in the time stated, I had had them a few weeks before trying them having spent a long while using pads I didn't know if I could trust them. I was wrong, they did not leak, they were comfortable but slightly too small,I got in touch with Serenelle and now have replacements being sent in a larger size at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

The size I ordered was too small for me. I contacted the company to return them. Their response was excellent and timely and I would certainly buy again.

I put in an order for a set of underwear; when they arrived and I tried a pair on, they were too small. On contacting the company, they have very generously sent me out the next size up, free of charge. What a lovely change to have fantastic customer support! Thank you Serenelle
