I was very happy with the excellent quality of the material and the construction of the product. Unfortunately my faulty guesswork while converting from UK sizing meant that I ordered the wrong size. I got in touch with the customer service team who instantly agreed to send the correct size without me having to return the wrong size items. I believe that is truly 5⭐️+ customer service.

The pants I originally received were a little on the small size for comfort although ordered in accordance with the size they recommended. However their customer service was brilliant and I was sent speecily for free a new set of the larger size without having to return the originals. Good to work with a company that honours its promises. So far the pants seem to be living up to their billing

I saw the advert for these pants & after paying a small fortune for pads that didn't work, I thought well it's worth a try. When they came I couldn't wait to try them imagine my disappointment when they didn't fit. I waited a couple of weeks when I saw the advert again. I emailed their support team, & they got straight back saying they would send me some more free of charge & I could keep the first order. Wow that doesn't happen often. So if you order them just remember to order a bigger size. You won't be disappointed

Received panties but too small, so I would advise ordering the next size. I found the panties to be excellent quality. Surenelle are sending me further panties to replace the too small ones. I was delighted at this service as it is most unusual for a firm to do this.

The initial order arrived promptly but they were too small. I would suggest it might be advisable to order a size larger than you normally take as the pants are not as soft and flexible as expected. The order was re -sent in a larger size which are comfortable. There was no charge for the replacements.

The wrong size arrived and the company are sending me the correct size free of charge.
