I made a grievous mistake on my order. My phone was misbehaving and when I sent the order, I overlooked the mistake! So what I received was the wrong size. But Serenelle worked with me and got things straightened out with no trouble, so soon it was all corrected! Excellent quality, it appears. Since I haven’t tried them yet, I can’t guarantee, but the fabric feels good. I think will really like it! Thank you so much for helping me with my order!

I ordered Serenelle for my mom (she's 60) and honestly it was the best call I've made in a while. Last month she got scammed on Facebook, paid $50 for "leakproof" underwear that turned out to be complete garbage. A friend of mine told me about Serenelle, she'd ordered them for her own mom, so I figured I'd give it a shot and ordered five pairs. They arrived in about a week and she tried them for a few days, my mom said she forgot she was even wearing them, which is really all I needed to hear. Yes they're not cheap, but watching her just go about her day without a second thought makes it worth every cent. Already thinking about getting her 10 more for her birthday.

I don't know how they figured this out but Serenelle has genuinely changed things for me. The way these are made just makes sense, I feel like I can go anywhere and do anything without it being in the back of my mind all day. I feel like myself again. I've had some real moments in there and they held up every single time, THEY ARE AMAZING! The sizing is right on the money. I wasn't 100% sure so I went up 2 sizes to be safe, and sure enough they were exactly 2 sizes up!! So just order your NORMAL SIZE. The customer servuce was wonderful too, very kind and professional. Im not someone who gives her business to just anyone, and Serenelle has more than earned mine.

I am a new customer to Serenelle and let me tell you I am very happy when I found these incontinence underwear for a larger lady. I was using the regular pads like everyone else with incontinence, they never worked. But these Serenelle works. I haven't had the problem with holding the urge to go like I did with pads, these are amazing.

I had ordered a 10 pack of the leakproof underwear according to the size chart that sadly they were way too small. Customer service and explained my situation and they agreed with me that the US sizing is much different than their sizing so I upped my size from a 3x to a 4X and what a difference. I strongly recommend anybody in need of these kind of underwear order from this company. They are beyond comfortable The customer service team is extremely understanding and helpful. And though they are expensive for me as a senior citizen it was well worth not having to wear depends or pads anymore or be embarrassed when I'm out in public. Please if you find yourself in this situation consider this company for your leak proof underwear.

I ordered what I thought would be my correct size, but needed a larger size. A contact to the company and their policy of sending correct size was true. I received another order in my requested size. This company stands by their advertising.

I wasn’t sure if the garments would live up to the description.How wrong I was! They are very comfortable,not at all bulky and soft to touch. These were bought for an elderly neighbour and she loved the idea of them.However,the size I ordered was too small for her.That was not a problem at all.A larger size was offered at no extra cost,and customer service is really good. I would certainly recommend this company.
