Dear Customer, Your order was never shipped because you never gave us any indication of the size of your Apple watch, you can check in your order confirmation email you never specified the size of your Apple Watch it says "choose size". We tried to contact you several times by email but we never received a reply, probably our email went into the SPAM folder, anyway if you provide us the model and size of your Apple Watch we will ship your order by Express shipping and you will receive your order in a few days. Dear Customer, We apologize for the incident. you probably purchased over the weekend and we were unable to respond in time and our partners shipped both orders as soon as possible. in fact, your customer profile shows both orders shipped and delivered. SL8122 and SL8123. Although both were delivered, we just refunded SL8123 by giving her a product freebie.
