SerafinoluxuryReviews of serafinoluxury.com

First thing is this product is not made in ITALY full stop. It is nothing like Golden Concept the Swedish company doing the same thing. Serafino is a Chinese operation that has invested heavily into the website which gives a totally mis leading impression of quality, origin (Italian) and materials. On the website you will find Italian phone numbers that don't exist and also addresses that they are not at. The cases are cheap Chinese and unfortunately the stated metals cannot be relied on as 316L stainless steel, the case arrived showing signs of staining on so called stainless steel, there is no way other then time to prove this . The cases are passable for say £20 not the £200 plus they are advertised at, my honest view would be to avoid and if you cant afford Golden concept just buy the cheaper metal cases of AMAZON.

Slow handling delivery

Before purchasing, was told package would be shipped via Fedex/DHL, however they ended up using a different provider which took more than a month to arrive. Customer service was sometimes non existent as they only replied early on. The product itself is very nice, however after a month's use, one of the silicon straps has broken off, which is very disappointing for a product so expensive.

Product is cumbersome and a pain to use. Not easily interchangeable and the rubber holding was missing. Will request a refund

I ordered for the Apple Watch size 45 what I received was a joke that would cover at least 30% of the watch cover probably made for the 42 mm watch. How can I get a refund ?? So they answered my review that I ordered the 38 which is a total BS! They also said that they will email me how to send it back and get a refund and that never happened! Total scam, DO NOT trust the 5 stars reviews!

Your website was deceiving!! It stated easy returns but in fact it is not easy. I bought your product as a gift for my husband and he did not want it . You did not provide instructions on how to return the item including a return address or label. There was no mention that the return cost would be my responsibility. It will cost me a minimum of $50.00 to return the watch. I would not recommend anyone to use or buy from your website.
