Dear Tamir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our product. We genuinely appreciate your input, as it helps us improve and better understand our customers' experiences. We're sorry to hear that you found the product's appearance to have a "cheap plastic look." We'd like to clarify that the material used in this product is actually wrinkled patent leather, which is a type of natural leather intentionally treated to achieve a shiny, sleek finish. While patent leather does have a polished appearance that may resemble plastic, it is indeed genuine leather. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to materials and aesthetics, and we apologize if the product didn't meet your expectations in this regard. If you have any specific concerns or suggestions for improvement, we would greatly appreciate your insights, as they can help us make necessary adjustments in the future. Our commitment to customer satisfaction remains unwavering, and we're always here to assist you with any questions, concerns, or returns. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do to make your experience better. Thank you for giving our product a try, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Sepol Shoes
