Company is a complete scam. I am reporting them for identity theft. They don't pay out either. Stay away!

I received an email from Oleksander P., the project lead, asking me to schedule an interview through a Calendly link. However, the link initially had no available days or time slots. I followed up a couple of times but didn’t receive a response. A few days later, when I tried the link again, I was finally able to book a time and received a confirmation—this time from a different person, Orlando G. But a few minutes later, the interview was cancelled. It seems like they may be in the process of building a database of potential profiles rather than actively moving forward with interviews, which makes me feel less confident that there is real projects at this stage.

I scheduled an interview with this company, and the person who showed up was a different person. I was suspicious, but in the next step, I was in a Zoom call with somebody who had no experience interviewing engineers. After 15 seconds or so of introduction, they asked me to share my screen(serious red flag here for a company aware of cybersecurity) and sent me a link to a low-rent coderpad clone that took over thirty seconds to load. At this point, it was obvious that no matter how badly I did, they would tell me I did great and send me an offer letter. This company is not trustworthy.
