The problem is from your company, we have tried to send you many messages but didn't get any response for a long time. I had to wait for good service you again for many months without complaint but you tried to mad at me after you came back because a bad review on Trustpilot, is that the way you support your customer service? Really disappointed!

Hi Chi, we are very sorry that you feel this way. You sent us emails saying how great the service was when you were a client before but when you called us during the COVID pandemic to try and restart your account with us, California was on lockdown and we are sorry that we missed your email to sign back up with us. At this point, we have 2 clients in your category already, and being an ethical SEO company we only take 2 of the same type of company in one category. As soon as we have an opening in this category and can bring you back on as a client we will reach out to you.
