Pirated Broken Themes and Server Crash
Their themes are clearly stolen and extremely broken and they don't know how to fix them. I paid for the Pro version, they don't offer refunds. I'm giving them 2-stars because the live chat support was very responsive and they made several attempts to fix the broken slider over the course of a month before the server completely went down for at least 12 hours according to the server error email updates I got from Wordpress/Jetpack. The email notifications only stopped when I uninstalled the app. There were also several other page errors, like spacing issues and oddly shaped forms fields. I gave them a month to figure it out. They can't.
