Slowest customer support around?
I signed up for the free trial and immediately found that I couldn't crawl my website as it was password protected by an .htaccess file until publicly launching it. The whole point of SEO is to fine tune your website for better results, preferably starting that process prior to launch. I emailed their support team on the 15th of April, asking if there was a way around this problem. I got no response. After a couple of days i went elsewhere for what I needed and have since launched the website. Today, the 23rd of April, 8 days later, I finally got a response from SEOSiteCheckup.
