This is a scam!!! I have received auto deliveries after ordering Seora Skin cream 1 time. There is no way I could use 2 tubes in 1 month, haven't even used it yet and received notification 3rd shipment enroute. Do Not order, they will charge your card without authorization.

if there was a zero I would put zero. only ordered 1 trial. they kept sending more charging more. as if i can finish 2 tubes monthly. couldnt cancel. very disapointed. not happy

This company scammed me out of my money . I canceled my order with proof of the email and they still shipped out the product. I’ve been fighting with my bank and emailing this company with little to no response.This company ain’t sh*t and refuse to email me back after showing the confirmation email. My bank states they can’t refund me I have to go try to deal with the Merchant. DONT SHOP HERE

I was signed up for a subscription when I only waited to try the product out. They have no place on their website to cancel a subscription and customer service does NOT reach out to you! Worst mistake I ever made was purchasing from this company!

Scam! Took my money and I never received my package! Do not waste your time or money! I contacted customer service and they asked for a order number. Once I logged into my account the order had been deleted. No trace of the order. Yet the money reflects coming from the company on my bank statement. Smh! Scam scam scam!

After waiting several weeks for delivery, I received only one cream instead of the expected two. Additionally, the checkout process was misleading, as it appeared I was being charged for two items unless I selected a subscription for continuous orders. This created confusion and does not align with the advertised promotion. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and your unwillingness to resolve what was clearly a misleading promotion and checkout experience. While I understand your explanation, it does not change the fact that the offer as presented led to confusion and an outcome that does not align with reasonable customer expectations.

Stay away from this company. It's a SCAM I have seen it advertised on FB or IG - don't remember. Placed my first order through their Official Website on the 08/03/2026 order number#46593 for 4x Arbutin TX Cream (didn't really do anything for my skin issues except drying out the skin) Then on the 10/04/2026 the company automate a placement of another order #78564 without my consent. They did the transaction on the Friday close to end of business day so no chance of verbal contact. I have emailed to their support straight away to advise the company to cancel the order as I didn't placed the order or consent to it but came Saturday 11/04/2026 check my bank and of course Seora has direct debit money out of my account . I am FURIOUS at these SCAMMERS and their low life tactics.Shut them down
