I gave them 5 stars on the trial semester But after that they would not answer emails and phone calls.They definitely lost interest in us. They are focused more on new comers. I think they should hire more people

It is not completely horrible but it is bad because working 4-5 month with them we lost 15% of our organic traffic.

Looking over your monthly reports, it seems that we did experience some upward movement in the organic ranking of several keywords; however, several keywords moved down a spot or two over the last several months. This is extremely common performance of keywords ranked on the first page of Google, where rankings can rise and fall sometimes on a hourly basis.
