Caro y mala calidad

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful the Dead Limited Edition Tequila Bottle but what I received was a very cheap reproduction that looked nothing like the original. It also six 6 weeks from order till delivery. I would never order from Sentdream again and would advise anyone to think twice.

I ordered a doormat and bath bombs through Sentdream (paid to Larryhot trading co., limited). The advertisement completely belies the appearance of the actual mat. It was a waste of money. I am unsure of the quality of the bath bombs, they have been put aside as a gift for our grandkids, but I'm not expecting them to have the wow factor as advertised. Furthermore, I was overcharged for the order - quoted $US144.97 but charged $US189.66. I contacted them and received $US28.99 back - $US15.70 short. My further enquires lead nowhere. They claimed I should contact my bank, but I've never been charged invisible bank fees on purchases in the past. After 3 or 4 follow ups, I could see I was now talking to a bot - the same apologetic response with no actual resolution. It's not a great deal of money, but I won't be placing any more orders through this mob - poor quality product and a possible scam to boot.

Sentdream.com or FROSTALSHOP on my cc statement. SCAM!!! Ordered a keychain from this company. The amount charged to my cc was £7 more than my order receipt! They sent me tracking updates regularly, but as soon as it entered the UK (6 weeks after ordering) tracking details stopped (plus tracking details say arrived in London, but gave a postcode for Aberdeen!). I repeatedly emailed asking for the name of their courier company, they would not tell me, just said "we are urging the courier to update their tracking details". Refused my request for a refund. Ordered on 21 February 2026, it is now 12 May 2026 - still not received. Luckily my credit card company have refunded me.

I ordered bunny key rings in a lovely little tin for my grandchildren for Easter. I ordered them early March and just received them. I ordered 8 all together and 5 of them had one eye and no tins. They are the worst looking bunnies you have ever seen and I threw them in the rubbish
