MEKACO SPORTS USAReviews of sensepro.com

Købte produktet i sidste måned.

A total waste of money, this toothbrush simply doesn't do a good cleaning job.

After I purchase this produkt I found out it is only recommended for people with healty teeth and gums because the vibration from the brush can disturbed tooth implants and crowns. I bought a set of four of them to give as a gift to my friends as well, but we all have crowns or dental implants, so I decided to return the product. Since I haven’t got the product yet, I checked the tracking information to see where it came from, and to my surprise it said it was sent from China. I thought I was buying from a Norwegian company and safe when it came to returns. Reading the return policy’s I am not sure if return is possible since I get confused by the different websites and the different policies they have. The one written in Norwegian seems to give the possibility of return while the one in English on the store sight I am sent to from the order confirmation says some health products can be returned. Sencepro.com says unopened parcels can be returned, so I am confused regarding rules and regulations for return. I have sent a message to Sensepro from the mysensepro.com website as is asked to do if you have questions. I am now waiting for answer from them regarding the possibility to return the product.

Haha svindel!

Sense Pro encourage multiple purchases of their toothbrush. The product does not come with any returning details. There are instructions on their website on how to return product, the first step is to send an email with details of your order. All emails are not accepted, therefore, you have no way of returning this product. SensePro's toothbrush has a depth of only 4cm, I found it did not reach my back teeth. I suggest if you place an order you only buy 1 and try it. Don't find yourself in my position where I have unused items I cannot return :(
