Randall, Thank you for your order. Club passes generally do not gain a customer entry to the event and that is what was purchased - the tickets were labeled as FIELDS CLUB VIP PASS row 1 and did not indicate that it was a game ticket. Randall told us they assumed it was an event ticket because of the price and did not take in to consideration that it was only labeled as a Fields Club VIP Pass. We have decided to go ahead and still refund you 200%. Thank you, Sensational Seats

For some events you can even see your view from those seats before you buy. In the secondary ticket market, we have some of the lowest final checkout costs in the industry. We are sorry that your tickets were stolen. We are not responsible for stolen tickets. Please see notes below. For this order customer placed order on 8/17 @3:37pm and tickets were downloaded on 8/19 @ 6:05pm. On 8/19 @ 6:37pm the tickets were downloaded again from a different IP address. Customer called in stating the tickets were re-downloaded from another person. In order for someone to re-download the tickets they would need to know the customers information (email address and pin number). Customer filed a chargeback because of this with his paypal. The seller was reached in which they stated they would not be able to reissue the tickets and the seller as well as the website is not liable for lost or stolen tickets per terms and policies. The seller suggested to the customer to try to attend the event before doors open to make sure they were able to gain entry before someone else who may have their tickets.

We apologize that this happened. If 2 orders come in about the same time, normally the customer is notified the same day or within 24 hours. We are looking into why this didn't occur.
