Jason, We thank you for your business. We are not being dishonest. The seller listed the Minnesota Wild tickets you bought, 4 for $711.63. Our site discounted this price to $612 for the 4 tickets before the service fees were added. That is a 14% discount. We never said anything about face value, simply the seller price. We are a ticket marketplace. We do not set the original prices, the seller does. We then discount the seller's price by 14-15% from whatever they set the price at before our service fees are added. Most of the time, tickets are priced above face value, although about 40% of the time they are priced below face value. Our site clearly states that we are a ticket marketplace and that prices may be above or below face value. We are just wanting you to understand how the secondary ticket market works and that our final checkout prices are lower than most other secondary ticket sites most of the time. Carole, We appreciate your order and your business. Just so you can understand, we are a ticket marketplace just like all sites that aren't the box office. The seller was on the west coast which is why the tickets weren't ready until 10:32 am eastern (Well before the event) or 7:32 am pacific time where the seller was. Please see notes below from customer service. The order was placed at 7:11 am EST on day of event; she called in at 9:42 am and we informed customer the order was still processing as the seller was on the west coast. Then the order was accepted and tickets were uploaded at 10:32 am. Customer called in 3 mins later and was assisted by a customer service rep for the download. This is all within acceptable time frame, as we guarantee in time for the event once the order has been accepted. We hope this helps you understand and we hope you will consider us again.
