everything was so easy and smooth, it was our first game ever and it was a great experience. had a blast

Customer service responded quickly to any inquiries I had. I was a little nervous once I completed the transaction as it stated the seller did not yet have the tickets. I would get them the next day, which was the day of the concert. There was no confirmation email received and I did not hear from the seller that night. Next morning though I heard from the seller and received the tickets electronically. In the end, we bought great seats at a good price the day before a sold out concert.

Even easier than expected. I was nervous about picking up tickets at a designated location but they set it up at will call. Couldn't be easier !

Exactly what I purchased and the tickets were shipped right away.

Got my ticket for half the price of everyone else that I talked to. Ticket was available immediately via email. Great success!!

quick delivery, easy to navigate.

Customer support is AWESOME, thanks

Easy to deal with. Tickets delivered immediately was an extra charge that increased the ticket cost quite a bit though
