SensaPays support has been exemplary
Our business signed up for SensaPay a month ago, and from setup to ongoing support, their service has been outstanding. Whenever I've had questions about the system, app, or hardware, SensaPays support has been exemplary. Their staff are professional, thorough, and even remember me by name. Both the product and customer service are first class
For the past 8 months, I've been using SensaPay to facilitate payments between afterschool programs and parents in my large database system. The API feature makes it easy for our system to manage payments smoothly. Both the product and customer service are first class. I highly recommend it!

SensaPay is an excellent tool and very flexible
SensaPay is an excellent tool for direct debit payments. It provides all the necessary tools to request and process payments, including a very flexible API. In short, it just gets the job done!

SensaPay is incredibly easy to use
SensaPay is incredibly easy to use. It only took me about half an hour to integrate it into my app. I've hardly encountered any issues after taking a few payments, and their support has always been excellent whenever I need it. No complaints from me.

SensaPay has been impressive. They answer questions right away, and their pricing has been the cheapest I've seen around. It only took a few minutes to integrate.

No hassles sofar
No hassles sofar, and our payments are going through smoothly. Their invoicing module has some great features like being able to accept both card and ACH on the same invoice.
