Burberry Touch for Men: MUCH cheaper than on Amazon or anywhere else I checked — SAME EXACT PRODUCT! Amazon — $110.00. Sensabeauty? Less than $40.00! Arrived quickly and was well packaged for safe delivery. I will most definitely be ordering from this company again!

So I ordered a bottle of Electimuss Imperium from Sensa at what seemed like a great price, upon receiving the order, I decided to check the batch code, but was unable to locate a code on the bottle. I expressed my concern and reached out to Sensa, and they recommended sending everything back for an investigation. Fine. Within a relatively short timeframe, the owner of the company verified that the smell, weight and packaging were all legitimate. So they returned the bottle to me, here is the problem: they only shipped the bottle, apparently the original had been disposed of. This was incomprehensible to me. As a collector, I place value on the packaging, and for them (the owner apparently) to have pitched it was beyond sketchy. They did offer a $10 off code (big whoop:(. I vowed to avoid them when making future purposes and have done just that. 30 new fragrances this past year, and not one from Sensa. That will hold true come new purchases.

product seemed fake. i returned it. the conducted "INVESTGATION TO PPROVE IT WASN'T FAKE'. then comes the returning part its been since April 16th , 2026, i have gotten emails of responses. i sent emails for the tracking details since they are to return it. i am yet to hear from them. today is May 18, 2026 that i am writing this . yet no sign of tracking details, no response. and there s NO PHONE NUMBER to call ( a sales outlet that has no phone to call.

If I can give them zero or less than zero, I would. I had a horrible and extremely disappointing experience with SensaBeauty. I purchased colognes from their website, and when I tried to return an item, the process became very difficult and frustrating. They claimed the item was opened, even though this was highly questionable and not handled fairly from the customer’s perspective. Instead of providing a smooth and professional return process, they gave me a very hard time and made the refund process unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, I did not receive a proper full refund. They only offered a partial refund, and even that was in the form of store credit rather than returning my money. This is completely unacceptable and left me feeling that the customer service and return policy were unfair and disappointing. Overall, this was a horrible, horrible, and awful experience. I strongly do not recommend SensaBeauty for cologne purchases, especially if there is any chance you may need to return an item. Their return process was frustrating, unfair, and not customer-friendly.
