..it's really a 0 you guys are predators to seniors ...liars my mother inlay is being ripped off as we speak....from this scum bag of a company. .she has 5 policies...legal action should be taken against this company...maybe class action suit...any lawyers willing to step up....please investigate

Completely incompitant- they sat on my UHC release, ran out the clock with out responding and caused me to miss UHC 2027 enrollments. the 'managers' are blue collar dolts.

They been stringing us along with different reasons to not pay out our claim. My loved one passed away on July 21, 2026. It’s is August 28, 2026

STAY AWAY. Do not purchase anything from this company. They do not respect their clients or honor their obligations. I purchased 5 policies and have paid ~20k in premiums to Senior Life Insurance from November 2021 to date. My father passed away in February 2026. For the last 5 months, I have been met with nothing but roadblocks, goal post changes and a litany of requests for more documents. Representatives take 2-3 weeks to reply to me- a month at one point. The 'supervisor' has hung up on me the 3 times I was able to speak to her. After years of paying premiums on five separate policies, the first time I needed the peace of mind I was promised, I was met with rigid bureaucracy, indifference, and an inflexible application of policy that ignored my grief. I paid ~5k in premiums for my father's 8k burial insurance. The abysmal level of empathy and customer service provided when a policy is only going to "lose" them 3k, with a client that has 4 policies still in place, speaks volumes about their business practices and values.

Called several times to discuss the policy and customer service was rude and didn't help in answering my questions. I was even hung up on.

I only have two minor medical issues at 68 yo. COPD and Type 2 diabetes,controlled by medication with an AIC of 5.4 consistently and they would only offer me a maximum of $50K coverage for $600/month!!! in 6.9 years I would have paid them the full $50K. I fully expect to live past 75 years so I certainly wasn't going to pay the full policy amount well before my death. Who can afford $600/month!! Crazy prices and criteria for selection. Stay away from this company

My wife keeps getting phone calls from senior life insurance and they keep harassing and intimidating her and even I said my lawyer is going to send a cease and decease letter they keep calling if I could give a zero star I would I wish they would call me
