Took my money but gave me nothing in return! The email response has left me convinced that they and any company that uses them are probably scammers. After that I got the message something went wrong, the amount of £67.21 (gbp) then appeared on my bank statement under pending, but no Ether appeared in my Metamask. The code on my bank statement was WYRE- . There are two instances of this transaction code on my bank statement, one for £0.10, and the other for the amount I tried to purchase of £67.21 (including your fee). Please can you either send me the Ether, or cancel the charge on my bank account please. I'm not sure why I'm having all of these problems, I successfully made a purchase with you of £36.96 yesterday, and that appeared in my Metamask instantly. Thanks Michael.

Maybe 4th time, I've used this service. I have not had any problems. My transaction have always been processed right away. I hope they don't change for the worse.

i feel like I got ripped off. I just put $60 in and understand fees but then I look at my wallet and it shows half of what you guys are charging me for????
