Track transaction status link is broken

I’ve had around 3 transactions fail that we’re basically taken from my bank account. I never received any confirmations, but funds were still taken from my bank account. After speaking with their customer services they basically gave me the same old usual “wait 3 days to get back your money”. That never happened, I had to go call my bank to dispute the transactions. Here’s a piece of advice for this company. Stop using scripted responses and actually try to look into the issue. Never using this company ever again and I urge everyone to not use it at all.

Hi I can trust you because you are a start up from SFO. Why is there no Sri Lanka listed country ? I am French national but made a test and checked if some countries were avalaible. If a country is not listed what do it mean ? Cordially,

Didn't have a problem making a purchase. I have no gripes. This app supplied me with the blockchain address to my buy. Nice.

Excellent experience while purchasing my Bitcoin. Quick and painless, just like it should be!!!
