Hi Padilla Thank you for leaving a review with us today. We’re so sorry to hear about the negative experience with fees associated with your recent transaction. During times of high network activity, there can be unusually large network fees associated with cryptocurrency transfers. These mining fees are not set by or paid to Wyre or our wallet partners though we do apologize for any confusion in the messaging prior to initiating your buy. We definitely would love to hear more context about the situation so we can have a better understanding. We’re happy to check into this with you and clear up any miscommunication. If you don’t mind, could you please reach out to us at [email protected], so we can ensure you’re taken care of? Thank you so much for the patience here, Padilla. We look forward to hearing from you so we can get this wrapped up! Best Regards, Wyre Support Team
