In my opinion I'd Immediately tell you Don't sign up with SendWyre and do not register through any company that partners with them. 4 Day Long Verification Waste Of Time.    For many years I have ran and operated my domain registration and phone services.   I found and downloaded a phone app called Edge App that allows trading and buying of cryptourrency.    The application looks pretty fancy but before I put any crypto on it, I want to ensure that I have full functionality and so began the attempts of linking a bank account for buying and selling, of which needs verification. The Edge App is partnered with SendWyre for this task.   During the verification it requsts an email address. and so I quickly created a new email address just for this account of SendWyre@Enot*******   Resuming the verification it took in my name and address information, the email verification of which was successful, the front and back identification photo of which was successful and the bank account addition and verification of which was successful.    Upon the last verification step of verifying your phone number it has you input your phone number and wants to send a text to your phone. I pressed send and it didn't send me anything. I waited,, n,, waited, nothing. It doesn't have a resend text button.. I restarted the verification and as before it was all successful up until the last step of telephone number ownership verification,  displaying the message of unfortunately we are having trouble verifying your identity, please contact sendwire support.  I exited all of it and emailed the Edge.app support explaining my problem.    After a little while in my email I received a non-return address email message from sendwyre stating the reason of the verification process failing was because their phone provider can't connect to nor accept VOIP numbers. The message: "Personal Details - Only mobile numbers are supported."  I run my own telephone company services and have almost 22 Years, they want me to just run out and pay some trash telephone company for services just to pass their phone verification? I Don't Think So!  They listed a contact number in the message about the error and so I called it. The man on the phone said he couldn't personally help me but would forward my issue onwards to someone whom could at sendwyre.  The next day, I received an Insulting email from sendwyre support saying: "Use a mobile phone number that is in good standing, not a burner type phone."  Like As If I'd EVER Had A Late Bill Not Paid and I Being Some Type Of Bum, and Or As If I Was Some Type Of Meth Head On Welfare Buying Some Gas Station Rack Beanie Phone else Using A HandOut Government Phone!!!  Anyway, she then asked for any screenshots or error messages I received so she could try to find a work around to my problem.  I Still 'Kindly replied' back, even making light of her phone type comments to her, re-explainiing what the problem is and with phone verification through sendwire to use the Edge.App issue.  In her next message she said she couldn't personally help me but would forward my issue onwards to someone whom could at sendwyre.   Later that day I received a new message from another completely different person though instead of addressing the "Phone Verification Problem" or anything about it, the message goes backwards to something unrelated and asking me to Re-Upload my ID I'd already successfully completed multiple times before!   The email supplied a link to RE-Upload my ID. I went to the link, got my ID ready and clicked Send but their website box said:  "Connection lost please try again"..  I tried again real fast and of course same error message, "Connection lost please try again"..  I try a different browser and go through all the crap again and of course,,,, "Connection lost please try again".. I use a Different Computer and 3 Different Browsers with all the same results of "Connection lost please try again"..    I waited an hour or so and tried again with the same time waste.    Then, today, I received a message saying that "They're Still Waiting" for me to do the ID Upload! I tried again with the same error "Connection lost please try again" b.s. and I give up.    I Changed Bank Access Credentials so they no longer have access. The ID isn't even the issue and it's angered me, being "Insulted In Different Ways".  As well, If I were a malicious person, attempting to do something wrong registering with Edge.app through sendwyre with all of this trouble, wouldn't I be Pretty Stupid!?    I've made several requests for them to just simply text my phone or call it so this could be done. Duhhhh.  With ALL Of The Others like Coinbase, No Verification Problems, only the one that has a phone provider limited in up to date connection types is sendwyre.  Use Any Other Program and stay away from sendwyre and affiliates.
