I have been using SendSpark for 4+ years and have had a great experience using their platform for client videos and communication. The customer service is top notch, with any concern or question!

We first tried Sendspark more than a year ago and the experience was great, but our product didn't take off. Now here we are again. Dan onboarded us and was very helpful. On the product side, everything went smoothly as well!

Didn't really understand how to launch my first campaign and the CEO himself jumped on a call to get me setup. Turns out it wasn't the platform just me. Have used it now for outbound and product update videos and couldn't be happier, saves me so much time, even if it was a bit tricky to train an Aussie accent to start with.

I’ve been using Send-spark and it’s been a game changer for my outreach. Being able to record quick videos instead of sending another long email has noticeably increased my response rates. It’s easy to use and the videos look professional. It feels more human which is what’s most important to me. It makes it feel less transactional. Definitely worth it if you want to stand out in crowded inboxes.

I bought Sendspark from Appsumo and upgraded my package after few months. I would say it is the best tool for outreach.

Great product overall - Exactly what I was looking for! I was previously using Loom, but their AI is way behind what Sendspark has. Sending customized video's at scale is priceless! Customer Service/Support - Spot on! They always get back to me in a reasonable timeframe and solve any issues I have. If it's too tedious for chat, they are willing to schedule a 1-on-1 zoom screenshare session to resolve it (shout out and big thanks to Dan Delauretis in Tech Support). Instantly Email interface - Started using the email interface feature yesterday and my campaign ran just as advertised. All dynamic videos processed through seamlessly. Looking forward to using more features and seeing the new releases as the platform grows. I will be bringing other team members to the platform so we can all reap the benefits of customized dynamic videos!
