SendMails has always been advertised as a “bring your own SMTP” platform, and we generally recommend using a dedicated email service like Amazon SES for the best results with high-volume sends. One likely reason for the drop in your deliverability is that Hostinger’s SMTP (and similarly, Google Mail’s SMTP) isn’t specifically optimized for sending bulk emails. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clear before, and we appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve our guidance to customers. Sendmails allows you to connect any SMTP service, such as AmazonSES, Mailgun, Elasticemail, Google Workspace—whatever service you prefer, you can connect it to Sendmails and run your campaigns and automations seamlessly. I understand your frustration regarding your AmazonSES production access being rejected, which prevented you from connecting your AmazonSES account to Sendmails.io. AmazonSES may have declined your request due to concerns about potential SPAM use, or your business may not meet their criteria. We’ve attempted to reach out multiple times to understand the reason behind the rejection and offer guidance on how to gain approval from Amazon. However, after several months of using the platform, you’ve now requested a refund, which we feel is not entirely fair. That said, we are still eager to understand the specifics of your issue and would be happy to discuss how we can assist you further. Additionally, I kindly ask that you refrain from sharing false information about our community and features. The Sendmails.io community is open to all customers, and we do not have the “pissed-off customers” you mentioned.
