Ordered a book for Father's Day. The whole process was seamless. I'm not tech savvy and I found it very easy to add pictures and videos. The customer service was great. They were very responsive when I had an issue with my video and were able to fix the problem quickly. I loved that you can add background music. I was able to add an original song my husband played. He loved the book and it is something we will treasure forever!

This company is absolutely amazing. I found them online and when I saw they had a promo code for Father's Day I decided to give them a shot and order my husband a gift. Their site made it so easy to create such a meaningful gift and I love that it ships with all the images loaded and ready to go. After I checked out I realized I had forgotten to enter the promo code so I reached out to their customer service to see if anything could be done. Randee was so wonderful!
