Worst experience in my life !!

They couldn't deliver same day and I was ok with it. They were supposed to upgrade it since they couldn't do the same day. There was no upgrade and the flowers were almost dead. If you write anything about problems you have with them on facebook they delete it

Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday as I am 3 hours away. First I purposely pick a bouquet that promised same day shipping, get an email several hours later that I will not be getting it till the following day. Second I ordered a $50 bouquet with sunflowers and several other flowers in a Mason jar... so I get a second email telling me they can't complete the order and are going to sub it, the arrangement they sent was HORRIBLE! Not worth $15 let alone 50! I made a complaint and got a whole $10 back! I could have drove the 3 hours, lost a whole day of work and got them from Walmart and been happier!

Used Send Flowers twice. First time about a year and a half ago. Had problems with them then and having problems with them today, again. Nothing's changed.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a wake for a family dear to me. The flowers were never sent. No plausible reason given by the company...nothing...just that it was inexcusable on their part (ya' think?) I only found out that they weren't sent when I sent an email to inquire if they arrived since I never heard from them after paying for the flowers! BOGUS COMPANY, DON'T USE THEM

Horrible experience! I ordered flowers for my wife for delivery on Sunday. I get a call from an unknown number saying that my flowers were just delivered to her house. I asked where she lived and it was about 30 minutes away. I called sendflower.com phone number explained what happened and they told me they would send me new flowers on my correct date. And I asked what the lady was supposed to do with my flowers she got. The guy on the phone said she could keep them. Then later that night at 8 I got a knock on the door and saw flowers delivered and noticed right away they were not the flowers that I ordered. I stopped the guy from pulling off and told him these were not mine and had a different name on them and noticed right away the address on the card was the same lady that I spoke to earlier that day. The driver said he mixed them up my mistake and took my flowers back. I texted the lady to let her know what happen and about 8.45 I get a text back from her saying that the driver dropped off her correct flowers and picked up mine. Even through they told him not to take them since their whole house had covid. He took them anyways, I found out that they had covid because the lady text me when the driver left with my correct flowers and at 9.30 the driver came back to my house with the covid flowers. This company sucks and I will never use them again. Worst experience ever!

Horrible experience. I was embarrassed by the flowers sent to my Best friends funeral. I contacted them by e mail to let them know and no one ever responded to rectify it like they said they would Very unprofessional and cheap !

What a horrible experience! I should have read the reviews before giving them a chance. Very unprofessional. Flowers never received on time like they advertised. I had to ruin the surprise by asking the recipient if they received anything. I was so excited then sad. I had to request full refund to reorder from somewhere else. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
