DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER AND THEN DONT .. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! They promised to deliver a 21st birthday chocolate box and it never arrived .. then they said they would upgrade the order and deliver next day … then they said they couldn’t deliver until 3 days later … worst service ever!!! They only respond with cut and paste comments - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

They literally just stole my money. Around $80.00. My grandmother never received flowers, I never received an email - nothinggggg. They just took the money. DO NOT USE sendflowers.com!!!!!!

AWFUL! Ordered a bouquet of balloons for my Husband's bday. They sent a small plant. I called and was told they were sending them out. Told me they would be there by 3pm that's when my Husband gets off work. Never arrived. Was basically told too bad we aren't refunding you and maybe you'll receive them tomorrow. It's not our problem it's the florist.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on Monday, to be delivered Wednesday afternoon. I got a call around lunch on Wednesday, telling me "the florist cancelled the order yesterday". I asked why I was not notified yesterday, so I could reach a reputable florist. No answer. Very difficult to understand. Strong accent, and understands little of what I say. I've never had service this bad from any florist. I did not bother to check reviews on them before I ordered. My mistake.

I wish there were an option for zero stars but had to go with one... Absolutely ridiculous and upsetting experience. I ordered 2 seperate bouquets for Mothers Day. One for my mother and one for my aunt to be delivered to the same address on Mothers Day. Received a call the day of from my mom saying that my aunt loved her flowers. My aunt received her flowers, however, my mother did not, so I immediately called customer service (about 2pm) I could not understand a word the lady was saying due to language barrier so tried to explain what happened and got nowhere. Continued for the rest of the day calling and speaking to at least 6 different people and getting no where. Finally the last person I spoke to said they are unable to get the florist to respond back but not to worry that the flowers would be delivered by 6pm and if for some reason they werent that he "guaranteed" they would be delivered first thing "priority" tomorrow morning. That did not happen so, day after Mothers Day I started calling and emailing again and got more of the same... I was so upset and all they could do is say " How about a 15% discount?" I didnt want a discount. I wanted my mother to receive the flowers I paid for to be delivered to her on Mothers Day! I felt so low because my mother was left out. Can you imagine going to the door and watching the delivery guy present a beautiful bouquet to your sister from YOUR daughter and you get nothing!? My aunt enjoyed her flowers and felt special and thought of but my mother stood there wondering why she didnt get flowers too. I told my mother that I was so sorry and that there was some kind of mix up but that I spoke with them and that her flowers would definitely be delivered that night or in the morning. She called me later the next day and the flowers had still not been delivered. I was so embarrassed and felt horrible that my mother didnt receive her flowers even a day later as "guaranteed". Called again and then am told that I could go with another florist and have flowers delivered on the 12th. Mothers Day was on the 8th and this is a day later already. I was basically lied to and now they want my mother to wait until the 12th to get Mothers Day flowers because there is not a single florist in the area that can deliver the flowers today... I am just done at this point. I tell them if the flowers arent delivered by the end of the day to just give me a refund and that I will NEVER EVER use thier service again. As of today (2 days after Mothers Day) my mother still hasnt received her flowers and my refund is pending. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I should have read thier reviews before I used them.

Will never order flowers from this company again. Ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet and paid extra to be delivered on Mother’s Day. My daughter in law never got the flowers until the day after and it was nothing like the bouquet I picked out. When I called customer service they apologized and offered me only a 20% discount. That added up to about $9. I complained and she then gave me a 30% discount. Worse company ever!

Worst mothers day experience so far. They say that the delivery is successful but there was no flowers to be found and my camera did not show any deliveries either. Customer service only argued with me until they finally just issued me a refund. But now my mother is without flowers and they did not rectify this situation. I will never work with this company again and neither should you if you need flowers delivered on time on important dates. Untrustworthy company and not dependable.

Never use this service! I ordered a bouquet for my daughters very 1st Mothers Day but nothing was ever delivered. I called numerous times and was told they would be delivered by 6 pm for the next 2 days. Crossing my fingers there is a refund coming. SO DISAPPOINTED!! One star is too many but would not give me an option to choose a negative number
