I have no idea what the flowers looked like in the end, except that my parents loved them and loved them everytimt. Even better, they are always delivered to the right place at the right time. The only thing I can critisize is they always end up costing more than advertised and the pictures on the website are not clear about which size bouquet is being exhibited. Very please on the whole.

The delivery was great got there early but I didn’t get what I ordered. The flowers that I ordered was supposed to be pink and I got purple. It was very pretty but the bouquet was not full like that picture

We sent flowers through here to my MIL for Mother's Day. Paid for a Friday delivery. The flowers did not arrive until Monday after Mother's Day. The tag on the box said they had shipped from Kentucky on Thursday May 8th and arrived Monday May 12th. That makes the flowers 4 days old already and they looked it. They did not look remotely close to the picture of the arrangement we had asked for. They took a cheap bunch of flowers - the ones you buy in Walmart for $12 with the rubber band and stuck them in a vase with the rubber band still on them. We were charged $95 for that. I wrote to customer service to make a complaint and have not heard from them.

This company is a scam!! Do not order from them. There is no option for zero star hence they are getting one. I order flowers for my daughter’s wedding in Iceland. Received confirmation number and they charge my account right away…that was the lat I heard from them spite multiple emails and phone call - phone numbers are disconnected or go to voice mail. I have started a dispute with my bank but if you don’t want the hassle don’t order from them. This was a special event and they tried to ruined it. No respect for people. If you can’t deliver say it but don’t take their money

I ordered two items, a Mother's Day arrangement for my Mom, and a boutonniere for my boyfriend. (I ordered these on different days close together, and I'm not sure which of the two I'm being asked to review, so I figured I'd mention both.) The boutonniere was PERFECT, even included an extra pin! However, the Mother's Day arrangement did not look at all like the one I ordered. I picked one specifically because it had trailing eucalyptus in it, and there was no eucalyptus in what I received. I mean, the arrangement was very pretty, just not what I ordered. My mom still loved what she got, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn't what I was initially expecting.

My 2 orders were both not delivered on their requested date. I contacted customer service who went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Thank you to the multiple agents in customer service who helped me resolve the missing deliveries.
