The salesperson was very pushy to get the $4,000 right then.
The salesperson reads from a very well prepared script. It doesn't take long to realize it's a scripted sales pitch like you might hear at a used car lot. Person on the other end of the phone really isn't listening. At the end they drop the bomb, but don't think about it! Don't talk to a buddy who you served with and has gone through this. And by all means, do not talk to your spouse about dropping $4,000. Just pay NOW! I finally hung up on the guy because he wouldn't stop with the hard sell.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry the call didn't land the way it was intended. We believe strongly in this work, and our team advocates for it directly, because we've seen what a properly built claim changes for a veteran and their family. We understand that conviction can come across as pressure, and that's fair feedback for us to take. That said, no one should feel rushed, and taking time to think it over or talk it through at home is always reasonable. If you reconsider, we'd welcome the chance to work with you.
