I have been taking Semenax for 2 months today. Honestly, this stuff works. I notice a big difference in what I am am able to produce. How much more? About an increase of 50-100%. Its not always 100% more but there are definitely times when I can believe how many ropes I'm shooting! Also, my wife and I are on the fertility journey. I have taken a semen sample before taking this drug and after. As far as healthy sperm, my doctors noticed no change to any of my numbers, so take that for what you will. Overall, I am happy I made this purchase.
