Seriously, keep hydrated if you're taking more than one of these a day. The boost in sperm production is (literally) nuts, but you gotta keep the water flowing in, or your nuts will be in serious pain and trouble. Eat celery as well to keep the NUT from getting gooey and hard to push out. Great product, but it's not a fix-all!

It was really delayed even though I had originally paid for expedited delivery. Also not impressed with the product so far. I ended up canceling expedited shipping after 5 days only to find out it was being held because another product I ordered was out of stock. I wonder how long it would have sat there if I didn’t call in. I also sent a message a few days prior to calling with no response. I was told on the phone expedited shipping timeline only starts when they drop it off at the post office or whatever delivery service is being used. Following this philosophy, theoretically you could pay $75 for next day air and not get it for a couple weeks.
